*Groups are Welcome. We have a team of 10 therapists. 
*Please avoid bringing Jewelry and other valuables to the spa.
*There is a 50% fee for cancellation within 4 hours, 100% fee on no-show and no charge for re-scheduling.
*Gratuities are left at your own discretion.

Refund Policy

If you wish to return any product/service, please send it to us within 30 days time. 

Any order made through our website must be returned physically at The Spa at Leverick Bay. As soon as we receive the returned product/service, we will send you a return confirmation via email. The credit process may take 3-5 business days to reflect on your card. 

Also, lost or stolen products are non-refundable and non-replaceable.
