Yoga is the only exercise that stimulates every single cell in the body from the top of the head to the tip of the toes. Yoga relieves stress, tones the body, and calms the mind, but it also stimulates health and regeneration at the cellular level.


Most people who practice some form of exercise do so because they want to exercise their calves, biceps, or back, to stay toned and strong. Exercise which targets specific muscles will tone and improve the health of that part of the body. Walking, jogging, and swimming, universally known to exercise the entire body, don’t specifically target the interior brain and main nerves of the body. They may provide specific muscle contractions and toning, as well as fun, but the powerful body/mind experience of Yoga is unique.


Yoga shifts a tremendous amount of energy to your brain and endocrine system, cleansing and balancing the pituitary, hypothalamus and adrenal glands. Increased blood flow to the brain stimulates powerful “life energy,” or Prana, which gives an immediate boost to cognitive function and improves long-term health of the whole body.
